The following girls placed 4th at the OHSAA wrestling meet on Friday, February 27th, at Eaton High School.  

100 lb Zariah Martin

115 lb Jordan Samuelson

125 lb Esta Bahit

130 lb Edina Ismael.  

These ladies will move on to the District tournament, which will be held at Harrison High School on 3/8.  The Lady Knights finished 6th in the sectional tournament at Eaton, marking the 2nd time in the 2-year team history finishing in the top 10 of the sectional meet.  Freshman Dariah Williams finished 6th in her weight class, and Senior Nya Henderson placed 5th. She will be an alternate in the next round.  

The following boys placed in the top 4 to move onto the District Tournament to be held on March 6th at Kettering Fairmont High School.  Marc Brogden took 3rd place in the 120 lb bracket, and Eain Lightbourne finished 4th in the 285 lb bracket.  Ryder Cordray secured 5th place in the 132 lb bracket and will move on as an alternate.  The boys wrestling team returns to the mat on Friday, March 6th.
