The final week of August brings an exciting slate of home and away contests for Northwest High School athletics, as Knights teams look to build momentum early in the fall season.

Boys Soccer Hosts Talawanda

The Knights boys’ soccer program will take the field on Tuesday, August 26, hosting Talawanda in a two-game set. The junior varsity squad kicks off at 5:00 p.m., followed by the varsity match at 7:00 p.m. at the home field.

This will be a key matchup as the Knights aim to sharpen their attack and continue showcasing the defensive grit that has become their early-season trademark.

Football Takes on Indian Hill

Northwest football gears up for a highly anticipated road contest on Friday, August 30, when they travel to face Indian Hill at 7:00 p.m.. The Knights will look to carry strong preparation and intensity into this primetime matchup.

The JV team will also see action against Indian Hill later in the week, hosting their contest on Saturday, August 31, at 10:00 a.m..

Girls Soccer Battles Colerain

The Lady Knights soccer team will host a crosstown showdown on Thursday, August 28, when they welcome Colerain for a 5:00 p.m. kickoff. With a blend of speed and technical play, the girls will aim to protect home turf in front of their supporters.
